1. Participation will be up to (15) players, and the league will be six players on the pitch.
2. Any group that is 15 minutes late without notice will be considered a loser.
3. Any player who receives a red card and does not play again must leave the field and the referee will not whistle until he leaves the field, but after 5 minutes another player will take his place.
4. All groups must wear the same color and shape of shirt and shorts. Otherwise, each side will be awarded a penalty if they have problems and the match will start. These conditions must be met.
• One style of dress.
• Uniform shorts.
• The goalkeeper\'s uniform should be different from that of the players.
• Goalkeepers may wear sports tracksuits. No other players are allowed to wear tracksuits.
• A penalty will be awarded if the goalkeeper does not wear gloves.
• If the goalkeeper is changed during the game, the referees must be notified and both players will receive yellow cards without notice.
5. Any player who speaks inappropriately or fights with other players and referees on the pitch will receive a yellow card and a red card if repeated. All groups must accept this.
6. Any side that causes chaos will be considered a loser and will be expelled from the league.
7. Every match shall be refereed by two referees, one on the pitch and the other next to the pitch, and they may decide together on a case, provided that the first referee decides on it.
8. No player can play without tartan shoes. Any player who uses tartan shoes will be awarded a penalty if the referees find out.
9. During the games, the group supervisors must determine the time of the games with the supervisor of the other group to minimize the time of their lessons. In addition, some times permission will be taken for students of both groups.
10. Both halves will be (25) minutes, (5) minutes break between both halves, extra time will vary according to the games.
11. No one can enter the stadium except the players, referees, supervisors of both teams and private cameramen. The whistle will not be blown until the door of the stadium is closed.
12. When breaking out (5) seconds to stop on it.
13. Kicks and outs must be on their own line. If they are not executed on their own line, they will be given to the opposing team.
14. Goals will be scored in the following ways:
• A goal scored directly in the middle of the field without breaking the ball does not count.
• Every direct kick counts.
• A direct goal from a corner kick is considered.
• A goal scored without a breakdown is not counted.
15. Deliberately kicking the ball back to your goalkeeper is an indirect kick.
16. Goalkeeper can pass the ball with his hands and feet.
17. The referee must be notified of substitutions. If substitutions are made, both players will be shown yellow cards.
18. The referee of any match shall not be from the group or the two groups playing, except in special cases.
19. In the event of a draw between the two groups, the decisive penalty shootout shall be used, except in the group stage.
20. In the group stage, if the teams are tied on points, the victory will be as follows:
• The difference between scoring and conceding.
• Most goals scored.
• Few goals conceded.
• Red cards.
• Yellow cards.
• Winning the game between the two teams if they played together.
• The difference between the two teams which won.
21. Create and merge groups in the following ways:
• It is normal to mix all groups of one stage, provided that no other groups have been formed at that stage.
• Mixing two or three groups of the same stage is normal.
• Mixing both stages of a department is normal, provided that both stages form the same team.
• No students in the mixed groups can play for another group.
22. Any player who appears to play for another group without the knowledge of the league supervisor and official permission, the group for which he played and was not his own group will be considered a loser and any remaining game will be considered a loser.
23. If players in a group reach three players due to all other players receiving red cards in the match, the match is stopped and they are considered losers.
24. A player who sits on the pitch after being warned will receive a yellow card and a red card for repeating.
25. Any team that leaves before the end of the game will be considered a loser if they have another game left.
26. If more players from either side enter the pitch and play more than the legal number, they will be awarded a penalty and one player will be sent off.
27. Smoking is prohibited on the pitch. Any player who smokes will receive a yellow card.
28. Any team that does not enter the pitch and does not play will be considered a loser and the result of the match will be (3-0), without counting goals for any player.
29. However, the captain may speak to the referees. Any player who speaks and the referee warns him will receive a yellow and red card for repeated repetition.
30. No players shall be in the opposing team\'s field when the ball is broken in the middle of the field.
31. The head of the football group must collect the form from the library, fill it out and return it.
32. These courses are not compulsory and any group, department, person or party that does not like the course can not participate.
33. The referees appointed are players in the groups or students of the institute, nor are they a level
